What’s included

Sessions can run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly to fit your life.
Your first session is 1 hour 20 minutes, with 1 hour sessions thereafter.

Two additional 1 hour check-in sessions within 12 months, for a review or “top-up” whenever you need it.

What to expect
Gaining Awareness
We start by meeting you exactly where you are.
Together, we explore what life feels like right now; your energy levels, your relationships (including yourself and others), routines, surroundings, pressures, patterns.
You’ll start to notice what’s draining you, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’ve been self-sacrificing. As well as the positives - what is going well, and what you want more of in your life.
Unearthing the Root Causes
Once we’ve mapped out the surface signs of burnout or imbalance, we gently go deeper.
We’ll uncover what’s really sitting underneath. We look at the habits, expectations or beliefs that keep you in a cycle of doing, pushing or people-pleasing.
Through reflective coaching conversations, you’ll start to reconnect with your needs and learn how to listen to what your mind and body are asking for.

You’ll begin to design a life that supports your wellbeing and that allows you to shine.
Together, we’ll shape supportive boundaries, routines and mindset shifts that create real space. So you can move forward with clarity, confidence and calm.
