I work with women at every stage of life and from all backgrounds.
My approach is shaped by my own lived experience. Not because my story is the same as yours, but because I recognise and have experienced some of the same patterns so many women share.
The invisible burden of coping. The pressure to keep going. The gradual way we can lose touch with ourselves while still appearing “fine”.
With this in mind, my coaching balances structure with softness. I take a calm, purposeful approach that allows women to slow down and re-assess without guilt or pressure.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of seeing my clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild capacity, and enjoy life again.

My Experience
I am a Certified Personal Performance and Burnout Coach.
My coaching is also informed by 11 years in Corporate and Charity Sector Learning and Development (L&D); where I have supported thousands of people to build new skills, adapt through change, and perform well in high-demand environments.
Across both I have seen that real, lasting happiness and success calls for balance; for us to be seen in our entirety, to connect to the right support systems, and to build ourselves up before we can build up others.
My coaching recognises these needs, and supports my clients to recognise and honour these in themselves.

What to Expect
I keep things simple with two coaching offerings, each tailored to support you through different needs.
To ensure you get the right type of support, we start with a free 30 minute discovery call. This is your time to ask me any questions and get a feel for whether coaching may work for you.
With both offerings, however, the approach remains the same :
We get clear on what matters, build sustainable routines, and strengthen boundaries.
We integrate wellbeing and somatic practices like breathwork, body scanning and mindfulness for on-going stress relief.
We make space in both your coaching and your personal life for replenishment and self care, so neither feel like a chore.
And, whether you take up coaching or not, I invite all women who need an extra boost to my free seasonal Soft Reset sessions.
